Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tvg Scrape Inc., doing business as TVG Scraper, concerning your access to and use of our website and services. Services Description

TVG Scraper provides professional computer systems design and related services, including but not limited to computer integrated systems design, data scraping and extraction solutions, system architecture and engineering, technical consulting, custom software development, and API integration and automation services.

Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

User Accounts

Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and any service agreements.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our services. Our services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tvg Scrape Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within 30 days, either party may pursue other available legal remedies.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tvg Scrape Inc. regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
